Returns
On fashion merchandise we offer an exchange or store credit on exchanges that are postmarked within 5 days of package receipt an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for health and sanitary purposes. No refunds or exchanges on Virgin Extensions, custom lace wigs and ALL hairs. We also do not accept exchanges/returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Sale items are also final sale items.

To complete return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of credit.
If approved, then credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically emailed to you, within days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance securing returned item.
